I've thought about that line cutting nonsense from MHK's earlier post and wonder if cutting someone's line could be construed in a court of law as battery or attempted murder? If a rock climber were to cut someone else's line (which i've never heard of) that person would wind up with a hole in their head so fast it wouldn't even be funny. I have a good idea of what i would do if i were to ever find myself penetrating a local wreck and another diver severed my line. Anyone else offer a consensus? thoughts?
