The Jetstream is actually an "upstream" second as opposed to most other seconds which are downstream. MHK is right that the downstream free flows in the event of a high pressure seat failure. The Jetstream has a special overpressure relief valve in the hose which vents high pressure gas. I frankly don't know whether you can theoretically breathe a Jetstream when it's blown this valve, but the pressure alone would probably take your mask off.
