OK, someone requested a topic everyone can take pot shots at, so here it is, and it's even something I'm interested in...
What do you consider to be the "minimum" number of dives required before launching into the more "technical" training (deep/nitrox/mix/etc)?
In addition, what other skill parameters are required? What demonstrable skills must be mastered before beginning?
And, for the real punishment, which of the technical "agencies" would you recommend and what training is their strong suit?
