I don't understand how trimix relates to age. Most of my diving, world-wide, is in less than 100 fsw and I won't stage deco dive unless the chamber's on the boat. Isn't trimix only for deep diving? At least that's the prevailing conventional wisdom. Nitrox is as techie as this physics idiot is ever gonna get. I know my limitations and gas math is definitely one of 'em.
