If what you say is true, and I've no reason to doubt it, all of us should get tri-mix and blending certified immediately, rent He and O2 tanks, and fill our own bottles for only one dive per day on a charter dive boat. This, of course, would greatly increase the cost of diving and limit the amount of diving. Is this the solution to the nitrogen dilemma? Or can you suggest a better one.
