The Palawan is about a mile out of Redondo Harbor. The Palawan, Sacramento and the Avalon are reachable by kayak, but difficult to find without GPS and sonar. The Avalon is closest to shore and the shallowest of the three at about 70'. On calm seas, the Dominator can be a fun dive from a kayak. Very close to shore and shallow.
