I forgot to answer the rest of your question. You can buy a drysuit with attached boots (generally loose fitting, but hard soled and tough) or with attached neoprene sox (soft soles, somewhat delicate, but still loose) or thin rubber (latex or silicone) sox that go inside rock boots (these are very delicate, fit snugly over insulating sox,and depend on the rock boots for protection.) All keep your feet dry, but the thin sox/rock boots really seem to be the best idea. I'm sending my CF200X in for modification to that system.
