She and her buddy should have known better than go to 90 feet when she only had 30 dives logged. Five of which were probably in a class situation and on top of that she hadn't been diving in 2 years! No matter how much experience your dive buddy has, what matters most is to simply use common sense. Something that many seem to be lacking. Each time I go diving, I am amazed to see how many careless divers push the limits.
