wouldn't have made a difference with a panicking diver
unless said person was right on top of her at the time
of the incident. Even here in California where the viz is
much lower, buddy pairs don't stick that closely.
Blame the buddy system? She would have been in far worse
condition alone. You're making a far greater reach than
Mike ever did.
