Ken - with the current assumption of risk doctrine for CA,
I don't think the waivers really add much protection. It's
already clear that we're in a dangerous sport and participants
assume some risks ranging from drowning to becoming shark food.
Negligence will still be available for a lawsuit after the fact.
Waivers won't change that.
For similar reasons, I don't see the need for your air crusade.
