I'm in the Southbay. I totally agree with you about experience, that's my dilema, I have worked with students and have logged many coldwater dives, but I don't know anyone down here who knows me. (I've just moved from the SF bay area) I've thought of going to a shop in the area, but I don't know them! I'm particular about who I DM for, too many instructors have the cert. but not the experience. So I'm looking for reccomendations of shops and or instructors in the Southbay who might need a DM (who is also a certified scuba repair tech and cylinder inspector btw :)). I'll happily demonstrate my skills, I'm not looking for full-time employment, just some good experience with students.
