Please don't substitute what you see here for instruction. This is ranting and rambling. Those who post here mostly talk about the sexy stuff - the dull topics (that can still save yer butt) get little space. On top of that, while I havn't yet seen here the loonies that inhabit other newsgroups and BBSs, discussion here often tends more toward the ridiculous rather than the sublime.
Exchanges on this site are not supported by an instructor-student relationship, and therefore are likely to get way too loose to substitute for a class discussion. You should treat advice you get here as if it were worth exactly what you paid for it. (With of course, this exception...;-)
