I agree that you never explicitly stated that you'd charge $100, but you may understand that one could draw that conclusion from one of your posts in which you gave the hypothetical example of how much a store could sell in gear and that it still wouldn't cover their (your) cost, etc.
Mixing your explicit cost statement ($350) with hypothetical stuff gave me the impression. If you can follow me up to here, I'm sure you can understand my response.
There was never a disagreement on the consequences of your loss leader model.
