over the years, and seen such assinine things as that recent Calif. law requiring gas stations to provide free air & water, Laguna Beach's regs on solo diving, motorcycle helmet laws, rent control laws, and other infringements on personal liberty, i would guess that a soaring body count is all that it would take to get some bereaved relatives and some self-serving politician to grandstand before the news media with all sorts of trumped-up statistics, overheated rhetoric and that usual tripe of "if it saves just one life, it will be worth it...".
Its not that i don't trust big brother (or in Mrs Feinstein's case, big sister), its just that i don't trust big brother (or sister) ; )
