AFA the rest of your post is concerned, just think about why the USA have the 'caveat emptor' rule but this other economy does not. How does that make you feel as a consumer? That's my key question.
I understand and appreciate the worries and the vast array of financial burdens of small (and larger) businesses. But that's only one side of the medal.
