Where are these guidelines and procedures. You write this in a way that it seems everyone is already supposed to know about them. Please cite where these are printed and approved by whatever agencies blessing. Or, are these again only AA-DIVER'S guidelines and procedures that are his only? If that is true, why put it up as a known caveat? I guess some things never change.
