I understand the tech community is advocating a two minute stop at half your total depth, i.e., two minutes at 50 fsw after a 100 fsw dive. Then on up to 2 minutes at 20 fsw and 3 minutes at 10 fsw. This would be for all NDL recreational dives. Or is one stop at 15 fsw sufficient for off-gassing?
