Very close. Think of M value as the max differential PPN (tissue over gas) without bubble formation regardless of depth. That will help internalize the reason for deep stops.
Just remember it's all just a model of an approximation based on an unproved theory. No model even comes close after the first few repetitive dives. So keep it conservative, come up slow, take a nice loooong safety stop, support the Catalina chamber and pay your DAN insurance.
