You did not provide enough data and I am not qualified to diagnose. YOU need to make the decision about the severity of your condition. There are lots of us who type and argue on this board. Many of us have years of experience in diving, but that does not qualify us to make with the medical advice.
That being said, if I had your symptons as I understand them, I would attribute it to a sinus problem making bloody snot (happens to quite a few divers who come up with really gross masks). And if blowing my nose did not confirm this, I think I would carefully try to figure the source of the blood and probably see a doctor. But this may be because I am an old chicken and I have never experienced this thing myself.
