If you eat seafood at all, you have zero moral right to tell people to stop spearfishing.
The act of eating commercially caught seafood is far more destructive than spearing your own.
Although many people believe wrecks should remain undisturbed, I am willing to bet you still take artifacts..... but that is different.... isn't it?
