I know Friday isn't exactly mid-week, but I go on the Spectre alot on Fridays, which is weekday rates, much less expensive, and the dives and boat are great. They go mid-week too, mainly Anacapa and Santa Cruise. Generaly the boats only 1/2 full or less too, which adds to the pleasure.
