I took a buddy out to grab bugs yesterday and when he got to my boat he realized he forgot his license. He said he would just tell the warden that he would go to court and show his license for a reduced fine. Fortunatly, when we got to the lighthouse, he realized he forgot his wetsuit as well. After returning to the slip, he went home for his forgotten items. At the end of the dive, the Fish and Game guys showed up and checked, but we were legal. My question is, can you actually reduce a fine in court like that?
