Just so we know what the options are (and I believe you meant *topside* handling):
one Al 80 weighs 31 lbs.
One steel 85 weighs 31 lbs.
One steel 95 weighs 37.6 lbs.
Comparing a higher volume steel (85 vs. a true 77 in Al) at equal weight makes no difference in handling. Of course, the buoyancy situation has to be evaluated separately.
I would assume that it is DOUBLES vs. a single tank that maybe can't be handled.
