There is an o-ring inside the first stage housing that can only be accessed by using a 6 mm allen wrench. This is not associated with yoke adaptors. You cannot see this o-ring unless you partially disassemble the unit. That o-ring needs to be periodically changed out just like others. I have had this one blow out on me once - luckily in the shop. You should be aware of the need to check and replace this o-ring.
