On the contrary, it give EVERYONE the right to express their opinnions and views. The original poster DID NOT use bad language, he merely expressed an opinion, and an observation. Had you actually spend some time to read and understand my reply (I am assuming that you CAN read), you would have known WHY I said WHAT I said.
P.S. I am well educated, and won't need your help in interpreting the constitution (thanks anyway).
Also, did you happen to vote for Gore? You share much the same views.
