Let's see, he did pick on Heavy guy-divers a bit, too. And I, being sensitive, was a bit offended. When I boogie board, I wear my grey shorty wetsuit. As I come up on shore, people keep rolling me back into the surf saying "SWIM!"
Let's all face it we are in a sport that is not flattering. We all look pretty hammered after a dive. Our hair and faces are gross and slimy. We guys shrink. We all stink.
But if we got into this to impress the ladies, we missed the boat. Them that dives, know that we are just as lame under the water as we are above. Them that don't dive, have no idea why we would be interested in diving with all those fish. And for some reason women seem to not be impressed with how macho we think we are. Go figure.
