I like Pacific Dream and Sundiver (but I live in Orange County and am biased against long dives in the EARLY morning.
2. Take one of the Catalina boats over to Avalon and dive the Dive Park. With the new concrete stairs and the fill truck there its as good as a dive boat with better food nearby.
