Hi Alan. I didn't mean to imply that ALL out of state divers need a divemaster. Her experience was tropical (Cancun) warm water. Divers that have most of their experience in warm high vis enviroments might do well for 1 to 2 dives to get a feel for the enviroment in California, The Great Lakes where I live or even the East Coast where i've had the pleasure of diving. And my apologies to all that read my initial post. I realize the wreck had nothing to do with this death. I will be much clearer with my wording next time.
