I'm with Wayne and Frank on the Nitrox issue. You simply feel better after diving with Nitrox.
Last weekend I did 2 beach dives on Friday( and then worked the store 10-7), on Saturday I made another dive beach dive (then worked the store 10-7), and then Sunday I made a FUN dive on the Yukon (40min. 90ft.I used Nitrox on the beach dives and TriMix on the Yukon). After the Yukon dive, I worked the store from 1-4, washed my car, and went to a New Years party. I'm 51, and have been diving for over 30 years, without the Nitrox and the Trimix I would have had to take a long nap after the Yukon dive.
Nitrogen is the bad guy here, if you eliminate the nitrogen you eliminate most of the fagitue associated with diving.
Nitrox is one the answers to the nitrogen problem, but I think that the final answer will be Trimix, because with Trimix you are able to eliminate the Nitrogen and dive with a clear head.
