Having done an emergency contigency plan for the
team when diving the Yukon, I think I can fairly
and accurately answer this.
The Yukon is between 15 and 25 minutes from from
Seaforth depending on which boat you take out.
Seaforth is the dock area where the bulk of the
boats leave from.
The nearest chamber equipped medical facility
when I last checked was UCSD Medical Center,
within another 25 minute drive from Seaforth
without serious traffic.
So if the diver pops up and begins to feel the
symptoms coming on, once on O2 the effects would
be minimalized while being transported to the
Medical Center and chamber in their basement.
