So at VD&S you do not need to be O2 cleaned. The other shops often make money on sales of oxygen, which you cannot do with a membrane. So stores that sell O2 for deco gas or other uses, do not typically have a membrane system.
Frankly I think that this is why we do not see more nitrox. My tanks are NOT O2 clean and I hate to rent tanks for local use of nitrox.
