I am deeply sorry to hear about this loss, but I have some questions regarding this incident that I need to know.
1. Why would she run out of air if she was as experienced as the paper said she was ? That is too basic.
2. Why didn't she plan to have a pony bottle hanging at 15 or 20 feet for a KNOWN Deco obligation ?
3. Where were her buddies ?
