Not to accuse my goverment of any logic or common sense, after all it is the best government you can buy, but the O in OSHA is for Occupational, and as such would not logically pertain to recreational USE of the devil gas. However, I teach it on occasion and my friends sell it, and OSHA regulations probably apply in one or the other of these cases. Is anyone on this board aware of any instance of an OSHA citation issued to a dive shop or instructor? If so can you supply details?
