Great job at getting all the OSHA regs. I see that the Dixie Divers where able to get a variance 29 CFR 64:71242-71261 to the mixed gas diving reg 29 CFR 1910.426 and supposively PADI was able to get one too (I'm not positive), not that I plan to teach or sell nitrox. My main concern is being able to get my tank filled and go dive it. I would hate for nitrox to turn into the "Crack Gas" and the only way to get it is out of the back of someones truck.
Not to put Jim Hoffman on the spot, but maybe you can tell us what loop holes (if any) you had to go through for your shop to sell and teach nitrox?
