Hello again, this was not very recent, it happened more then a year ago, as best I remember a group of divers were gathering for a clean up day near Les Davis Pier, Commencement Bay, Tacoma, WA. A man and woman that were a team in this group entered the water together and went below the surface, within a few minutes they returned to the surface, the man had a problem with equipment, I believe his dry suit, he swan back to the dock, she went back down alone, divers on the dock watched her bubles, but noticed after she had been down awhile that they had stopped. Divers tanked up and found her tangled in a net, her knife was on the bottom out of reach. Not sure what life saving steps were taken, I going on memory from a news report.
