This thread has veered into the legal fuzzy's over OSHA, Nitrox and all that tripe.
Mike's question was really the apparent inconsistency between Ken's position on solo diving and his position on Nitrox. Put simply, if certain divers are skilled enough to dive solo, how come they can't be trusted not to wax themselves using Nitrox?
