last time i was on the GE, i just bungeed my two nitrox and one regular tank together so that they only took up one slot. I then stuffed all the other danglies into my BC and left an uncluttered aisle. It was more work for me to swap tanks but it eliminated the inconvenience to my neighbors on the tank rack. It even made things a little easier for everyone because our BCs were staggered (mine was forward) and nobody's gear got tangled up with anyone else's.
oh well...guess i'll have to miss all those wonderful Santa Barbara/Sea Lion special trips anyhow!
