Went diving last Sunday at Leo Carillo. Had been there 2 weeks prior to that, and the visibility was UNBELIEVABLE! (at LEAST 75+). Last Sunday, however, visibility of '0' pretty much sums it up. Honestly, it was less than ONE foot!. I have been in 'low visibility' situations where the visibility is only a couple of feet, and diving down to the bottom, you can have a very small window of vision, but last Sunday, I had to pretty much 'touch' the bottom with my mask to see the sand!
Planning on going out this Sunday again, and we'll see what happens. I too would be interested in an online source of visibility info.
