The problem I see with your outfit is by using long fins, they can get tangled in kelp, or worse, caught under rocks. And that thermal protection would require a weight system that will have failure points.So all three both must go. Oh, and the mask can cause lots of drag too, so maybe, hey you try swiming goggles?
