In all fairness, I have had this question ( which is a very technical and very detailed explanation) on the table for approx. 3 days. When it was first posed I responded and said that for the moment since I just got back that I needed to put it on the back burner and I also responded privately to you, so I just didn't feel it was appropriate to leave the record out there that we don't respond timely...
