When I was a kid we used to ALWAYS come home from the beach with tar on our feet. We used ot have to gasoline t5o clean our feet before we could come in the house. This was at Torrance, Redondo and Hersosa Beaches. Then they started pumping oil out of the Santa Monica Bay. Now the under ground pressure is reduced and the tar is no more!
Persoanlly I am much happier with the environmental change brought about by th elocal drilling!
