I think the Lois Ann id a great boat a with Nitrox banked onboard. The Blue Escape is equally competent and they PP blend Nitrox at their dock.
If marine life is your preference, I would suggest you get a boat out to San Clemente Island.
Chek with the boats above and the others on this boards boat listings. I know The Horizon and Divequest go there.
