Not to beat a dead horse, but, for example, if I bring in a tank with a + corresponding to the current hydro, but not all the previous hydros have a plus, will you fill 10% over? I was also under the impression that DOT stipulated a + for the first hydro only. As such, I have several 3AA 72's with current hydros but no +'s for years. I'd love to get that capacity back.
