I have used ABYSMAL, Z-Plan, Pro Planner, GAP, DECOM, MIG, DECO PLANNER and possibly others.
DECOPLANNER is currently available with a modified Bulhmann algorithm and soon will be available with the Yount Variable Permiability Model (VPM)
DECOPLANNER is a lot cheaper than ABYSS and like Kendall said, customer service suck. Unlike ABYSS, DECOPLANNER doesn't waist time with to many useless graphs and it sell for about $89.00
It is the one I recommend. If its nessesary for you to hear me babble about the others (I hope not) let me know.
