A tank filled to 3350 psi at 130 F (only 11% over the service pressure) should give you roughly 3000 psi at 70 F.

If you went to 5/4 (i.e., + 25%)or 3750 psi at 130 F, the tank at 70 F would have around 3350 psi. Not exactly a short fill.
