Frank, the tank is only worth what someone is willing to pay. I know what the going rate is for some shops. But it might upset you.
40's are great stage tanks for decompression diving. Why do you want to get rid of it? I can give you a price privatly and could sell it for you it you are adamant about getting rid of it.
