It shouldn't matter where Tony was from. If we can learn from his mistake, it would be foolish to ignore. Our physiology is the same and what happened 3000 miles away, could easilly happen here. Fortunatelly there are only a few accidents per year in local waters. If we want to keep it that way, we must study the cause of all accidents wherever they occur.
