Sorry to say that, but the constant repetition of those numbers and explaining them with solo diving is bull.
It is like saying that all male car accident death victims wore pants, therefore pants are the reason for their death.
A fact of the matter is that solo deaths happen while no other diver is around. That means, no other person saw or knows what really happened.
Don't get me wrong, I fully agree that a good buddy team is by far safer than a solo diver, but it is my nature to disagree with a claim that does not hold water.
