Jason,

I'd have to go back and look as I don't remember the numbers, but it seems to me that they're were several fatalities that were pure and simple solo.

Off the top of my head I remember the guy recoverying the anchor, Ron Fuller, the Navy Seal in the mine, the Korean guy they found tied up at the lobster trap, the instructor or DM that was found at Casino Point.. I guess you could make the case that the kid at the rigs was in a team, but when he signaleed he wasn't ok they let him ascend solo, this last one when Mia runs into deco and out of air why they let her complete deco solo defies logic...

I make the point, and you know full well how we take serioulsy our view as a team, but the fact of the matter is that when someone was needed they didn't have someone to help...

I'm not going to get back into the *buddyless* nonsense that Ken came up with... It seems to me in the case with the kid at the rigs, that when you signal a buddy that I'm going up on our team that means dive is over, we all go up and we live to dive another day...

As for the GUE OW I think we'll see it summer time, if not shortly thereafter.. I'll be in Florida next week and I'll ask JJ for a more certain time frame if it exsists..

Later
