If you take a look at chapter in Terry Maas' book Bluewater Hunting & Freediving you will find some instructions on modifying your mask so that when you extend your upper lip a bit two silicon bumps you create in your mask are pushed into the holes of your nose thus blocking it so you can clear without hands. The bumps/plugs in your mask are added using silicon from a tube and can be found at many home improvement stores. This is a common mask mod made by free divers.
